The Board of the Company (“the Board”) resolved to establish a committee of the Board known as the Nomination Committee (“the Committee”) at a meeting held on 12 May 2005, when terms of reference were formally agreed. Terms of Reference were reviewed and approved again by the Board on 19 December 2024.
